In accordance with global data protection laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored within our systems. Once your request is verified, we will remove your data from our servers unless certain legal obligations require us to retain it.

Note: Once deleted, your ZeeWave account will be permanently inaccessible. This action cannot be undone.

 

3. How to Submit a Data Deletion Request

 with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request.”

 

Include the following details in your email:

 

Your full name

 

Your registered ZeeWave email address

 

Reason for your request (optional)

 

We may contact you to verify your identity before proceeding.

 

4. Processing Time

 

Once we verify your request, we will process the deletion within 30 days. You will receive confirmation when your data has been successfully deleted.

 

5. Exceptions to Data Deletion

 

We may retain certain information if:

 

Legal Obligations: We are required to keep data for legal, regulatory, or contractual reasons.

 

Ongoing Transactions: Your data is associated with pending transactions or unresolved account issues.

 

6. Impact of Data Deletion

 

After deletion:

 

You will lose access to your ZeeWave account.

 

Any remaining subscription time will be forfeited (no refunds will be issued).

 

To use our services again, you’ll need to create a new account.
